I collaborated closely with Or, the VP of Product at Mitiga, as well as their development team, UI designer, and cyber consultants. Together, we embarked on a mission to create a proof-of-concept (POC) for the response readiness dashboard. Leveraging my expertise in product management and user experience, I worked diligently to ensure that the POC aligned with Mitiga's vision of delivering a state-of-the-art product.

Throughout the development process, I facilitated effective communication and collaboration among all stakeholders. By gathering insights from Mitiga's cyber consultants, we were able to incorporate industry best practices and cutting-edge techniques into the dashboard's design. I closely coordinated with the development team and UI designer, ensuring that the product was built to meet the highest standards of usability and functionality.

The POC of the response readiness dashboard was successfully introduced to Mitiga's clients. Its innovative features and comprehensive assessment capabilities received high appreciation from the target audience. The dashboard provided valuable insights into an organization's readiness to respond to cyber threats, empowering Mitiga's clients to proactively strengthen their security measures.
